Historic ships in the Community

Historic Ships in Baltimore is widely recognized as an important community asset.  Throughout the year, the Museum offers complimentary or discounted admission to a wide range of groups with special needs.

Historic Ship in Baltimore offiers free admission to the active duty men and women of our Armed Services in gratitute for their service and in honor of those who served on our ship.  Through free admission for teachers and discounted tours for Baltimore City Schools we support the young minds who will carry us into the future.

The Museum's job training program for youth has proven to be an effective mechanism for the development of employment, interpersonal and life skills.  The Museum is a partner with the Baltimore City Mentoring program and has provided services for many other charitable organizations.

As part of our commitment to the community, Historic Ships in Baltimore is proud to support area charities though donations of general admission tickets to be used as prizes silent auctions, raffles and other fundraising events.
